帶 7 人跨區 FAE 團隊，用 AI Agent 把 ticket 分類、知識庫、會議記錄、任務派發 串成團隊的隱形同事。

相信 AI 可以把人從重複性工作裡解放——「讓人專注在最有意義的事」是我的長期目標。 Engineer by training, 10+ years across Semiconductor → Blockchain → Cybersecurity → Edge AI. Each pivot meant learning a new domain from zero — and that ability to rapidly grasp new fields turns out to be the perfect partner for AI: AI is only as good as the context you frame for it.

Currently leading a 7-person cross-regional FAE team. Built an AI Agent system that handles ticket triage, knowledge curation, meeting summaries, and task dispatch — the team's invisible teammate.

I believe AI can free people from repetitive work — "Let humans focus on what truly matters" is my long-term goal.
